Together with our carriers, we endeavor to deliver within five working days of payment being cleared, however please allow up to 14 days for rural and international deliveries.

"Return Policy: Please purchase carefully - we are happy to exchange goods that you buy and later decide are not exactly what you wanted. However you will need to pay shipping costs to cover the return and exchange of such items. Please tick this box if you agree with these terms."

If damaged goods are received, please contact us and return, with labels and packaging within 7 days of receipt.
We can check to see if your insurance will cover replacement of goods damaged in transit.

We prefer Paypal payments and you will find it very convenient to use your credit card with your Paypal account.

COD - cash on delivery can be arranged - if you live in the Roseville (2069) or Lindfield (2070) area AND you are prepared to collect your purchases.
Sarinya′s on-line shopping offers a Check (sic) facility. This is to be used for Personal Cheques and Bank Cheques.
Please note: that we will wait five working days to ensure that the cheque is cleared before shipping your purchases. You will be responsible for any dishonour fees - if your cheque is not honoured by our bank.
Money Orders are also accepted by us through the on-line shopping. Money Orders are available from all Australian Post Offices.
We are unable to accept foreign currency or foreign drafts.

You will receive an email - confirming all your order details, a list of your purchases and the amount you have paid.
Sarinya′s on-line shopping - will also receive an email - outlining your order details, what we need to ship to you and the amount you have paid.
This email also lists your billing address, your shipping address and how you have paid us.
Sarinya′s on-line shopping responds quickly to stock levels and usually only lists current items for sale.
Sarinya uses modern and efficient stock control systems to ensure minimal delay between sourcing our goods and delivery to you, however this can mean that some products can occasionally run out of stock.
We make every effort to ensure that all items in the on-line shopping are currently available.
If any item that you order on-line is out of stock (due to unexpected high demand) then we will contact you within 24 hours of your order being placed (Mon to Fri) and you will be given the opportunity to cancel the order or choose an alternative item.
Products placed on back order will be dispatched as soon as they are received from our suppliers.
